No satisfactory offers from the company. They want to pay less for over time, did offer an additional week of rec leave but only for some but everybody has to work an extra 2 hours a fortnight which is more than the leave. Pay increase less than CPI. Not recognising productivity. Doing 49% more than 10 years ago. Making record profits.

See where this one goes.
