I think you will get a better respons if you try to post the question in the "Night Stops" corner of this forum. Riga is located in the balt area.

Stay at Reval Hotel Ridzene or Reval Hotel Latvija, Latvija has a very good night club. (Called Voodoo??)
For dinner the Steak House on Livu Square is great, it's name is a Latvian version of Steak house, don't rembember the spelling, but not many letters off the english one. (It's a stones throw from the Norwegian embassy actually)
Lot's of grown up entertainment in Riga as well, not hard to find! :E
Riga is great city, cold as hell when I visited though!
