LHR Eurofleet - rosters

HI! Is there anyone out there who already works as cabin crew for eurofleet and could give me an idea of a typical months roster? I'm worried that I'll be away more nights than I would be with Virgin Atlantic at the moment.

Hi

Since we have the bidding system on Eurofleet LHR, you can be away as often or as little as you like. I bid for 3 day trips and achieved 4 of them this month which is pretty good as it means I will be away 8 nights. However if you prefer not to be away you can bid for there and backs. Carmen (our bidding system) aims to achieve 60% of your bid. It varies from month to month but overall I find it works well. There is alot of flexibility on Eurofleet in that you can take a leave day at very short notice if it is available and we also have a swap book.
