Does anybody know how I can get a SA validation for a UK CAA FE's licence. I have a type rate that is applicable to aircraft registered as ZS. Thanks in advance

Do you mean Flight Engineer or Flight Examiner?

If Examiner you cannot get a validation for Instructors or Examiners ratings in SA, only for Comm. In order to get your Instructors/Examiners you must do all the SA CPL exams and flight test, and then complete the Instructors exams. If I am correct, once you have the required intructing hours, you automatically are allowed to examine, there is no specific Examiner rating.
Getting a CPL/ATPL validation is easy, just write air law and do a flight test.
Hope this helps
