From the BBC:
"Fire crews were called to Nottingham East Midlands airport on Thursday morning after reports of a plane fire. The fire was reported in the brakes of an Airbus 300 plane at about 0340 BST.
It is believed the freight carrier had just landed when the small fire was reported. The incident was dealt with by the airport's fire brigade.
Crews were also called from Leicestershire fire service. No-one was injured and there are no delays reported to the flight schedule."
Thankfully no pax to say they thought they were going to die! Worth reporting? How often does this type of incident happen? 1/1000 landings? 10k? 100k?
