One of my customers is going to build a helipad near his house. I was asked to find what equipment and other useful things could be used for it. Any suggestions/experience are greatly appreciated.
What I already have in mind:
- lighted windsock
- radiocontrolled aerodrome lights (if anybody can tell which are good - it would be fine)
- weather station. He wish to have the station which can send the current information via I-net upon user's request remotely
- refuelling equipment
- any marker for easy finding
- whatever else useful things?

This helipad should accept light piston and turbine helicopters up to 5 tonns MTOW.
Thanks in advance.

Someone to monitor his arrival and departure; there's not much point in having all the safety equipment if the only people to operate it are trapped in the aircraft. The same applies if he's overdue.
