Backing Up Favourites

Can anybody please explain to me how to back up my 'Favourites' ? I have looked for the folder in Windows but can't seem to find it. Did a search as well but no luck!
Obviously I am doing something wrong but I can't figure out what

I am using Windows XP sp2.

My Computer > Local Disk (C) > Documents and Settings > (User's name) Folder > Favorites.

NB: Note spelling in Windows: FAVORITES, which is probably why Favourites didn't come up in 'Search'.
