BA Crew buses/cars (Centra)

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum (as i suspect it is).

I have an involvment with Centra (Flights) who provide transport to crews in Edinburgh and Glasgow (and I think at Birmingham and Heathrow/Gatwick?) and am interested in any staff comments. I am well aware of the c*ck ups that have been all too common the last month or so with this company.

I am particularly interested in information on previous companies that have had the transport contract (how reliable they were) and how they performed, and also the quality of the driving that has been observed by passengers the last couple of months.

PM's would be preferential I guess?!

They do the BA diverts also and are responsible for service recovery i.e. arranging coaches. They are called Flights Hallmark now as Centra (Central Parking System) pulled the plug on their funding some months ago. Only problems I have experienced are rude or unhelpful drivers (seem to be from an agency and not their own staff). BA1 and BA5 buses always seem to do as they wish!
