I see this reg more and more. Whats the deal? I know its "Aruba" but why is it becoming poular, is it like VP?

I understand that it is "better" than VP-C or -B because P4 is certainly the easiest way to register a bizjet today!

What I find interesting is that several Russian operators use P4-registered airplanes for commercial operations. I do not think it is possible to get a Cayman or Bermudan, or Aruban registered airplane on an AOC in a JAA country.
The question really becomes...who would want to in the first place?
A lot more places to make a buck or three.:ooh:
