Hi everyone, first time , treat me gently !

I have been restoring JP4 XS186 for about 18 months now, hoping to get her back from the brink of total dereliction , to ground running status within 4-5 years.

I have found the basics re her career, but the time's right to ask if anyone has photo's/info re her service life.

She only flew between 1964-68, so there is'nt much around, though subsequent stops at St Athan,Kemble and Halton may have helped to generate MU / SoTT shots ?

Any help would be appreciated, now the net has been exhausted !

There is another thread running on the Jet Provost with a last post on 20 Sep.

Do a search on "Jet Provost" and all will be revealed.

I've done a search , someone else may have posted on the thread as there's no last post on the 20th.

At a guess you may have been commenting on a link to the Jet Provost Heaven web-site, which does have a detailed article on XS186, post her rescue and restoration launch ?

Thanks if this was the case , but what i,m after is any past historical, anecdotal , or service photographic records. It's a real long shot , but i've seen the occasional fantastic results of requests , so it 's worth a try.
