Possibly an acquired taste these days but, for UK Bob Dylan fans, BBC are starting a Dylan season this week. Tonight(26/9) and tomorrow(27/9), on BBC2, is Martin Scorsese's "No Direction Home" at 9PM (UK Time) see dylan (http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/bobdylan/tvradio/) for other programmes.

Ace for me too; interesting how different it was from volume 1 of his autobiography published last year, they complement each other rather than cover the same ground.

Glory days. I feel sorry for anyone who wasn't twenty something at the time. Great stuff!

Apart from that, Bob Dylan songs are the only ones I can do in the Karaoke lounge... ;)

Power has been down here in the north part of Minneapolis for the good part of 3-4 days, we just had our electricity supply restored just a couple of minutes before the documentary started. My father-in-law is taping it for me so I can watch all 4 hours of it when I get a quiet moment.

Don't overlook the 1967 Dylan documentary 'Don't Look Back' by D A Pennebaker. Dylan was 25 and clearly a class act, even then.
