Is their any reason why bmibaby is only offering one ski route flight in its schedule this winter, why are they not operating Toulouse, Barcelona, Lyon, Munich to name a few, do they believe that there is no money in offering the ski and snowboard people low cost travel and just dedicating themselves to winter sun.

Seems fairly likely.

However, NCE, LYS and LIN are all available from LHR with "baby" fares.

bmibaby will not operate Munich as it is part of the Star Alliance group, and Lufthansa will not allow them to do that

First winter season of operation by bmibaby, they were operating EMA - MUC, so was not a problem then.
