Hi Folks,

I'm just wondering if there are any non JAA,(ie. FAA,Canadian etc.) Aircraft operating out of the UK these days?

The way I understand it is that the 'loophole' has now been closed; in so far as that any non JAA A/C must spend at least 30 days out of 90 outside JAA airspace?

Yes, youv'e guessed it, I'm an EU passport holder with an non European licence, and am not nuts about the 14 exams and lots of $$$$$$$ to convert,

Blue Skies!

Not true, Saxon. But there are moves afoot by ignorant government departments to impose such a restriction. A number of threads in this forum address the issue.

.... still plenty of N-reg aircraft about. Also VP-Cs and VP-Bs.

Thanks Tiro,

I have seen a few N Reg Biz Jets around; but was unsure as to weather they were actually Uk BASED.

Do you happen to know where I can find details of any these specific operators?

Cheers,

Sax
