A300-B4 Accident 1983

I am trying to find a detailed report of the accident involving an Airbus A300-B4 on approach to Subang, Kuala Lumpur in 1983.
I read such a report some years ago, and I have a feeling that it contained something similar to the aircraft that I currently operate.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

there is a complete report in a ICAO Publication. I don´t have the frontpage, only the report it self. "ICAO Circular 196-AN/119, page 142".

15 pages long, should by detailed enough.
