Can anyone who has recently been through the TF recruitment process advise how long they had to wait between sending in the CV and getting a date for the first stage.
Just want to know how long I have to do the prep.

You will probably wait a very long time for selection if you sent them a CV............they require you to apply by filling in an application form available on their website. It pays to at least research how to apply if you are serious about wanting a job.

CV was a figure of speech....(maybe I will have to work hard on the verbal reasoning).I've printed off my application form but wont be sending them my details until :-
1. I am sure I will have time to do the study required for the first stage.
2. I have done my homework....am currently waiting for a reply to an e-mail from a recruitment specialist. Maybe I am speaking to the wrong guy if I want to get into your outfit ;-)
