I thought it was Fiumicino (LIRF)? I work at a regional airport now and our flight to LIRF was cancelled last night due to "Aircraft accident, runway and ILS u/s"

From the "Corriere della sera" (Italian news paper)
A cessna 500 coming from Lugano went off the runway of roman airport Ciampino. The cause of the accident appear to be aquaplaning as the aircraft did not stop hitting the fence of the southern side of the rwy. The 3 pax and 1 pilot are all well. The airport was temporarily closed to remove the airplane while all flights were diverted to Fiumicino.

By the way ifeeplanes Ciampino is LIRA not LIPA.
The Citation aquaplaned after having landed half way down the Rwy, taking out the ILS antena!!
Present situation; no ILS and PAPI on 15 is u/s!
Was quite an afternoon!!!!
