You'll hardly find Boeing hardware being used by that lot :=
Anyway, the problem for the DPRK commies is that their "Great Leader" is also their greatest designer, but currently busy in his various other disguises, such as, greatest writer, greatest political scientist, greatest painter, greatest thinker...... oh, and did I forget to mention that Kim Jong Il, despite his supposed super-human traits, is afraid of planes.
Air Koryo will have to wait until the "Great Leader" (whose time is, of course, also absorbed by his role as "sun of the nation and mankind") stops wetting his nappies at the sight of an aircraft before it can expect an inspirational design from him :p
