Ysterplaat Airforce Base is having a ball tonight...
Some of us humble bastards have to work to earn the buck.
A plea to all you lucky ones that could make it, why not share some of the gossip with the rest of us....
Im sure someone ended up making a tit of themselves..Hahaha..

I find it strange that no ones answering their phones this morning????
Could it have something to do with a babbalus ????

:uhoh: News is that that it was so well supported that they ran out of food! Maybe an army marches on its stomach, but not the Air Force it seems.
The hangover equation goes like this: babalas=alcohol consumed/food consumed. Ouch!!
The Ball is a great concept "to celebrate aviation", so let's hope they learn from their mistakes and that the concept continues.

HAd many balls and formal dinners over a 16 year career - but never ran out of food or booze ... times change :}

The Jackal and supervan was actually attending...and sharing a table.... Supervan with a bit of a limp....could that have anything to do with the road rage incident:p
Luckily I had some food/drinks before it ran out:}
