Try http://www.pdg-helicopters.co.uk

Hello,

I worked for them for 5 years, first for PLM then we merged with dollar helis to form PDG, they have 9-AS350's 4 AS355's 1-SA365, 1-B206 and 1 beast of a SA315 (G-LAMA!).

Specialise in Live Salmon transfers, Forestry, VIP and filming/photography.

They are the biggest on-shore helicopter operator in the UK, and they are probably one of the best helicopter companies to be employed by and the flying is nothin like down south all seat of your pants stuff great fun.

And are great at slinging not like some companies who claim to be good at it, 80% of PDG's work is slinging.

I believe PDG have some competition in the North of Scotland.
Specialist Helicopters are taking them on head to head with 2 AS350 B2s

Yea I know them quite well, David Adams who runs specialist helicopters used to be the chief pilot with plm/pdg then left and started up own company.

Good luck to them, they have taken a bit of work from PDG though a few companies were not to chuffed when their machine went tech as they had no back up but now they have the second it gives them a bit more flex.

They can't be taking all that much though because as well as the fleet I just mentioned earlier PDG will be acquiring 3 new helicopters a new AS350B2, a SA315 and a new SA365N2, the other one is the C1 version which is on skids.
