Upturn in North Sea ?

I've just seen this on the BBC site:

It talks about an increase in investment in the North Sea. What are the chances of an associated upturn in the fortunes of N.S. Pilots?

Give an upturn time, like everything there is lag in the system. Partly due to caution, but given the right pressures this can be accelerated. It will take some time though before anything filters down to the workers.
