Have got a letter saying i am in the EZY hold pool. Anyone shed a light?

Is that for FO or skipper, do you know if it's 737 or Airbus.
Can't believe we've got a hold pool at all, we're stupidly short of 737 crew at the moment especially FOs.
'Just in time recruitment' my ass, 'just in time to cancel flights, subcharter, ferry crew around the country in light aircraft recruitment' more like.

Doesnt actually say what its for.
As I Am type rated on 737, so sods law would say 'Airbus'
