I saw an interesting DHL freighter at Luton last week. It looked like an HS748 had mated with an Electra. I think it was a Martin 202 re-engined with the same turbines as on the Electra. Can anybody throw any light on this please?

Hi LowNSlow.

I guess it would be a CV580.

Swift Air CV580. There is a VERY nice female F/O flying those.

Thanks for the rapid responses chaps. I never thought of the Convair, always associate them with the 880 and 990.
