anyone know a R22 QHI (not an AFI) who may be available at the weekends for freelance work?
if you are one or know one please ask them to email me and I will tell them all about it.

El Pirata in which part of the country are you located? It might help other PPRuNeR's!
Good QHI's generally seem in short supply at present so can't suggest a name. Have you considered placing an ad in Helidata? Alternately, try PLH Associates they might have some suggestions as they have helped quite a few instructors over the years.
Good Luck

located midlands/south east, I had not considered until I tried to find one that they were in short supply, as there are hundreds of AFI's.
maybe I had better ask for a rise!

I gather you're talking about the UK (I had to check your details for that. Don't forget the first W in WWW is worldwide.) More importantly, what is the job situation like over there. I'm an Australian QHI, 2500 hrs TT, but a dual Australian/UK citizen, and wouldn't mind coming home to work for a while.

T5 :
Your best bet is to use the WWW to do searches on helicopter schools and see where they are, then ring them up or mail them. Try
www.bhab.demon.co.uk (http://www.bhab.demon.co.uk) www.helicopters.uk.com (http://www.helicopters.uk.com)
for starters.
BTW, where are you based ?
WNR:
Thanks for that. I'm on the Sunshine Coast of Australia at the moment, about an hour North of Brisbane. Beautiful place to live - no work, Typical eh?
