Could anyone tell me of any colleges that provide A&C Rotorcraft Engineering Licencing courses in the UK

Wills, have a look at the ALAE website at http://www.lae.mcmail.com go to the training organisations list under links. Not sure who does the specific trng you want but always worth a call.

Not sure of the costs, but they have all facilities.

Ealing Tertiary College on 02088439218 ask for Brian Turner. Good success rate and not too outrageously priced.
Also Oxford Aviation College on 01865 844245 ask for Penny Morgan. More expensive but good too.
