as you're not paying for the type rating with netjets, how long are you bonded for and on what terms?
also, i believe the starting pay for a new f/o is 40500 euro's rising to 45ish. is this scale type dependant or are there yearly increments?

From what I can gather.
If you have +5000 hours, you're bonded for a year. If you have less, you're bonded for 3 years.
Does it decrease? I can't remember.
Is it fair? Yes, it is not an extortionate amount of money.
There is fleet difference pay (which I don't think is fair).
The small cabin fleet = the sum you've posted.
Add €2K for the mid size cabin.
Add a further €2K for the large cabin fleet.
These figures are approx.
Yes, there is yearly increments. I can't remember what though. Maybe 1-2K?
