any info about this company (main office in Austria with subsidiary in Southern France), current fleet & working conditions ?

Rath's CJ2 and Falcon 50EX are under Jet Alliance AOC now.
That's all I know.
Web site also shows a C501 and a Learjet 45.

They have a small office at Cannes Airport but I have the feeling you already knew that.

More info:
Rath advertised for a 2000EX crew in late May this year, following air tests on April 13th and initial delivery to Cannes on April 18th.
Aircraft was previously OO-IAR, and is s/n 008 (so not the EASY cockpit).
The aircraft is now LX-AAM since early June.
