Can anybody help with AIB and Aptitude test prep.

Dear all please could anybody give me an idea of the tests I will have to complete at AIB. My goal is for Observer, so if there are any Obs out there, any help you could give would be very much appreciated. I also have to resit the aptitude tests at Cranwell, but as it has been a while I can't remember them all, and if any candidates who have been down recently could give me any advice that would be super. I know there are lots of sites and links that have plenty of information, but I can't seem to find that much on the written essay test at AIB.
