After reinstating FLS authority to issue concessions (see earlier thread), CAA have today (Wednesday) withdrawn the privelige again. It would appear that they are not happy with the way the procedure is written/used. The procedure has today been withdrawn from the manual by the QA manager. (wonder how long he has a job for?)

If he's ex Dan-Air or a member of some dodgy society he's got a job for life.

Main Trouble with FLS at Manchester is that they have had too many antiquated influences/management from the ex Dan Air mob. That`s one of the main reasons why the place is run so **** and a crap place to work.

Management and Quality departments seem to go by JARs when it suits them, otherwise they think workers are trying to pull the wool over thier eyes.
MMs and CMMs are optional extras in some areas and management think it is safe to tell you to ignore them. Argue the point and you get labled a trouble maker.
Wonder how Maersk fomula 1 is coming on??
