backside help

Aaagh!Sat on a work step yesterday which had skydrol(hyjet4-A plus to be specific)allover it.Careless I grant.And now my backside has come up like a boiling festering mass!
Couldn't get to a doc yet and the local chemist only suggested calamine which has not
helped much.
Anyone got any known medication.?
