well watching the sky news this morning only to seee it is now being sponsered by qatar airways. well interesting times ahead. as they say.
makes a change from everything been done by ek, well the cricket, football etc.

Does this mean they will be changing their onboard news from BBC to Sky?

thats only the weather .. sheeesh.
Sky News gets a sponsor for their weather every month or tw months. It's mostly an airline or anything to do with holiday travel.

Yes, it used to be TUI / Thomson / Britannia Airways, featuring the former BBC WeatherMan, Ian MacCaskill in comedy spots.
The QR one is fairly dismal.
