I have a bit of a curly one I need answered in a bit of a hurry re the old faithful B727-200. Can someone please advise were the refuel panel gets it's electrical power from (bus etc.). Now with no ground buses being powered from the ground cart or the APU can an engine genny supply power to the refuel panel in a hot turnaround situation. TIA.

I seem to remember it's powered from the main bat bus through the power switch on the panel. Shouldn't be a problem doing a hot refuel as the batt bus is always powered in this case. Hope this helps

Partpower, yes #2 generator can be selected to supply essential power which will enable refuelling with #2 engine running.
The "engine fuelling power" swith on panel P11 (behind the F/E) needs to be swithed "on".
Hope this helps.
