There are talks about a forced landing in the sea near Palermo and about 20 rescued out of the 39 total on board...

I pray there are more survivors.

My heart goes out to all those affected.

A dual engine failure? are you sure?
Dreadful news - what causes a dual failure on a reliable turboprop??

Very sad news indeed.

The crew sent a May Day message for one engine failure, after few minutes, while they were approaching PMO they lost the second engine.

Maybe dirty fuel.

The Captain and some passengers confirmed to italian law the dual engine failure.

The CVR and FDR are 1200m under the sea, will have more news when the authority will read the black box.
