Hi,

Having used the same address for 4 years, I've had to change over to a new address this week. The old address has a few days left, after which it will self-destruct.

I know this is probably a banal question to ask, but has anyone got any handy tips with regards to letting associates know of the impending change? The old address will bounce mail back once it's gone...

A more organised person would have added all their contacts to the contacts folder... But I haven't, and regularly dig through the "find" function to obtain them from mails... The concern I have is that I'll consciously email most people, but forget others... Do any bits of handy software exist to compile addresses from your inbox or suchlike?

Please excuse the low-brow question. Thanks in advance!

You could try Plaxo - just google for it, i'll not link to advertise for them!
