Hello!

I'm a 46 year old ATP at one of the larger regionals in the US, interested in Thomsonfly. I can work in the EU with a little paper work (my father was German), but have a FAA ATPL and no 737 type (4900 hrs total, 1100 turbine, lots of Alaska time). Anybody know if this can be done? Any info much appreciated!

Lots of americans/canadians working at KLM.

Anyway, you will need a JAA license..

Goodluck!

you can work there, but it is up to the company to get you a validation but only for a max of one year, highly unlikely,do the time like the rest of us and get a JAR license. 1500PIC JAR 25 Aircraft you will only have to do a couple of exams! SORRY!

Al sorts of nationalities at Tfly. I haven't met any American from the US of A but we have North Americans from Canada.
You need a JAR Licence though.
