I have a sim check with Air Southwest next month. If anyone here works for the company or has any information it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I know the company.

Company has grown fast and is starting to lose its personal touch. Many people are leaving, not only those on the flight deck! The ops director resigned last week due to poor management from above. On average one F/O leaves per month and morale on the flight deck is reaching an all time low. New routes are in the pipe line but they are struggling to crew their current aircraft. Captains are in very short supply.

Pay for new joiners is beyond belief at £16,500 for the first 6 months. The bond is going to be raised to stop future new joiners from leaving as quick.

The sim check is easy. Usually a Daventry4D from BHX. Back to the hold then a procedural ILS. Be confident and you'll be fine.

Its a good first job but thats about it!
