I have recently seen a copy of a letter from a MACR to CAS regarding the negative impact on NCA of Pay 2000, the Airman Aircrew Sustainabilty Study(2002), etc. It was mentioned elsewhere that a copy had made its way onto PPrune but I have been unable to locate the thread. It was a heartfelt letter that asked a number of awkward questions of the Airships but also made some interesting proposals to recover the situation.
My apologies if my failed searching for this thread was due to my inadequacies! If it was then please feel free to lead me to it.
Bottom line - can anyone tell me if CAS responded? and if he did what was the response?
