DSC (the company that host PPRuNe) have an opening for a System Administrator. In addition to the usual sys admin work of maintaining a collection of Unix-based servers of various types, we would also like this person to help us develop our hosting business further.
The job has lots of flexibility, in particular flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home. The servers are based in London and you will need to be with commuting distance, though you wouldn't necessarily have to be there all the time.
Commercial experience isn't necessary but a knowledge of Linux, the workings of the internet (IP networking, DNS, SMTP, etc.) and experience in creating Perl (and such like) scripts is essential. Any entrepreneurial skills would also be looked on extremely favourably.
