Hi All

I am wanting to obtain my PPL, but have no use whatsoever of my left arm. My searches over the Internet have revealed tons about PPLs being earned by students without the use of their legs, but nothing so far about one-armed bandits! Surely I cannot be the only one around?

I am able to train anywhere in the world.

Do I need to train in a modified plane, and does anybody know the whereabouts of such a plane?

Thx so much
Bradley Erasmus

I'm sure I read recently about a club somewhere in the UK that specialises in teaching disabled people to fly, they seemed to be able to make lot's of different mod's to the aircraft controls.

I shall have a dig around some old magazines and see if I can find it.......

Try The British Disabled Flying Association (http://www.bdfa.net/index.htm)

Anglican Flight Centre, Norwich and Goodwood, Sussex are two that provide disabled flying. If you are in the Uk that is....

Call them to find out more...
