As there are a growing number of oil companies and service companies operating in West Africa, (Nigeria around the coast to Angola) there is a growing need for both inter and intra country travel by these companies and their vendors, using the regional airlines and charter operators.. By definition a qualified carrier / charter operator would be able to pass audits based on standards developed by the OGP Management Guide and other internationally recognized audit standards.

Any guidance in identifying and quantifying / qualifying these carriers would be appreciated
