"East Air Company" claims (not that I dispute it) to have done business with a lot of airlines in Africa.

Do you guys know them ?

A friend wants to outright buy a Let 410.

Any good / bad comments please.

He has Russian pilots and easy ways to spares / servicings.

This guy is a break away from a large operator of Let 410's (who did not operate according to the book me thinks) and he is a professional guy. He has these large resources after operating for 10 plus years with L410's and I know of one incident - no pax loss (UN chopper flew into L410).

He lost two kids in a dubious aircraft accident - never mind brothers and sisters and other family members.

I am sure he will take the best that has stayed behind and I will also make sure he buys the best for his money and remain safety consicious and professional.

we had the osccasion to work with these guys before. This is a serious company, no problem. And they are from Tchech republic, not Russia, wich is VERY different...
Do you know if they are looking for qualified crews? And for wich company?
