how come no middle easter airline flies to vietnam?

No tourist traffic, no domestic servant traffic, no labour traffic!
But this might change now that Saudi has discovered that Vietnamese maids are cheaper than Indonesians! :yuk: :yuk:

now i remember that ek did for a while fly into ho chi min , but they cnx after they weanted to use as a staging post on route to hkk , this is a few years ago mind you , i am sure some of the older ek boys will back me up on this one.

Emirates flew to Vietnam for a while during the 90's and Vietnam airlines to Dubai till they got the 777's, I believe EK's service was affected by VN's dont know how though so EK pulled out.
