Advice Needed

Hey guys,
I am A320 Type rated low timer pilot, with about 160hrs on type at the moment....I'd like to go work for Easy but on their website they ask for min 500hrs on type....do you think I should try applying anyway, as I saw they are looking for many direct entry 'bus pilots...
