QR Meeting for pilots???

wasnt there a meeting more than 1 week ago for pilots and the new HR person said he will meet with chief and you will get a change in 5 days? well it is more than 5 days and nothing come yet? did I make a mistake with the number of days?
Has anyone hear any change in the housing,money,school fee,pension,provident fund, or anything?
