IFR Training software

Anyone know of decent IFR training software that has an Australian database? I'm looking for something of the style/quality of Rant XL (www.odsoft.co.uk) which, unlike FS, doesn't require ****ing around with flight controls etc but instead lets you focus on the IFR part of flying only.
