A friend from Montevideo mentioned on the phone that Venezuelan startup carrier CONVIASA was about to take a 49% stake in Pluna - any confirmation from anyone?

This is surely the VARIG stake that is up for sale

Seems a strange one and cannot see the synergies that would make this one work if theis si true
