Anybody out there know if Cayman Airways is hiring. If so who do you contact.

I would say that right now the (Pilot) hiring situation is "static"

There is some turnover but due to a new government assessing the airline operation at present, I doubt that any big moves are being planned in the immediate future.

Longterm, we are definetely under-crewed.

Normal progression is: newhires (especially lowtimers) are starting on the Twin Otters and then move into the right seat of the 737 200 and about 6 months later do a diff. course onto the 300.

How long they have to stay on the Twotter depends on crew requirements.
