With a previous mega thread of what willy walsh was going to do the minute he stepped into BA, not a mention of him these days. Hows he getting on or is he hidding behind Rod?
Off to sim.

Still on his handover period. September should see the the start of 'Willies Rule!' Interesting times........................
After hearing about some of his antics at Lingus I hope that the BA CC and its members are willing to put up a fight.
This may well have recriminations amongst the whole of the UK industry.

fmgc - you may mean repercussions (http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?book=Dictionary&va=repercussion&x=0&y=0) ! :) Judging by many of the threads on PPRUNE, recriminations (http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?book=Dictionary&va=recrimination&x=12&y=10) are something of which the industry (in the UK or elsewhere) already has an ample supply! ;)

I will reserve judgement but I do recall the dire warnings about what Rod Eddington was going to do to BA and the pilots in particular.
They were accurate, weren't they?

I don't work for BA but hope that the BA CC will put up a VERY strong defence against any attack at thier T and C's. All airlines and pilots are in the same market so a move to the EZY or RYR style of contract would be bad for all of us!!
