I am invited to a 1st stage interview with Thomsonfly.com at the end of july and I am seeking for any information about it and specialy the numerical and psychological exercices.
Is any published book or web site about those topics?

I believe that the numerical is basic maths, but a bit of pressure on the time. Multiplication, Division, Fractions etc. There is a verbal reasoning test. Once again don't take this as a 100% accurate, but I think you get given passages and have to answer questions on them, typically, 'True, False or Cannot Tell'. After that you do a phsycometric test (excuse spelling!!). Aparently the trick is to answer quickly and honestly. Then you do group exercises and to finish off a Q+A session if you have any questions about he company.
