Day Off rates

Can anyone please tell me the current day off payment rates for Captains and First Officers for the main UK longhaul charter airlines? I've tried PPJN but can't find the info.

I'd be particularly interested in First Choice, Monarch, MyTravel, Thomas Cook and Thomsonfly although Virgin, BMI and BA longhaul would be of interest as well.

At bmi rates are approx. Capt £430 and FO £270 a day. This is of course then taxed
