Have heard through the 'vine that FLS have settled on a 2 year deal.......
3.1% this year
1% above headline inflation next year (headline inflation currently 2.8%)

Hmmmmm,
Very generous indeed. Maybe if they upped it by another 30% I would be tempted to go back!!
Heard same last night.
Easytech pay negotiations due at the moment.
Comparison will be interesting.
